As it is now, someone can delete a notifier job (or just turn it off) and we have no record of who performed the action.
I'm not asking for an audit of what the job does, but an audit trail for any changes made to the job itself.
Anyone who has multiple users making/adjusting Notifier Jobs would benefit from this.
