When CSRs are quickly answering the phone and taking down info, it's easy to miss the little "Inactive/Active" word on a line when they are looking for the customer & site to select.
It would be GREATLY appreciated if there was a way to quickly tell at a glance if the site was active or not.
Colorizing the row, perhaps with text that is a lighter shade of black, or perhaps with a very light tint of grey in the background would do the trick nicely. Just as long as it looks slightly different than the ACTIVE rows, then it will stand out.
Expanded wish:
In fact, I see this THROUGHOUT the Vista software. Almost every single table has a column named 'Active' or 'ActiveYN'. But there is no standardized toggle to filter by this.
I think a standardized QUICK TOGGLE throughout the grids and F4 lookups to show/hide by this field would benefit everyone!
