When an employee does not have any hours, I would like to be able to run a report to show deductions that the employee has and needs to pay when they return to work. For instance, I have an employee on medical leave that has Aflac and insurance deductions, but I don't have anything I can print out to show how much they owe for that week that needs to be collected when he/she returns to work. On the Payroll Register report, I used to be able to click the Include Only Employees with Negative Net Pay and I could print this out to use it to keep track of their owed deductions. I liked that it would reflect the pay week they were short, their employee number, their deductions, etc. However, this no longer works. Could a report be created to do this?
