It is common for us to need to resend an old pay stub to an employee. In the "Pay Stub Notify" form, "Notify All" is selected by default. So if you accidently click "Send", you've just blasted out 300 old pay stubs from 2 weeks ago.
Seems like there should be a warning (Are you Sure) when "Notify All" is selected or don't selected either option by default and force the user to choose one.
Note this is very similar to Idea VACCTG-I-314, seems like a few warning messages could satisfy both of these ideas.
