We process a lot of work orders and it seems like SM is getting slower and slower having to look though all the old work orders. Other modules have purge capabilities, why not SM??

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We have almost 75,000 work orders and we've only been on Vista for 3 years. It takes over 10 seconds for the Work Order form to open. We want to be able to purge but retain history information in a report.
