SM Work Completed Labor Hours when changed revalidate the billable hours

We currently enter the SM Technician Time in SM Completed Lines in the Work Order.  When we change the Worked hours, the system does not automatically update the billable hours.  Our current work around is we have moved the hours column's next to each other so we visually see the discrepancy but would be nice to have the billed hours update when we change the worked hours.
