Roll back the update to version 6.19.0.

The update to version 6.19.0 has impacted several areas of AP in a negative way.  Third party imports are not working.  The AP Aged Open Payables report is incorrect.  The totals on the summary page are wrong and the aging columns don't match the summary page.  Our fiscal year-end is 10/31/19 and I don't have any confidence in the reports that I am running to submit to our auditors.
