The attachments on a PCO line item, in PM Pending Change Orders, should carry over when you create a Subcontract Change Order.

In PM Pending Change Orders, when you decide to create an Subcontract Change Order from a PCO line item, the attachment that was included for the PCO line item doesn't carry over to the Subcontract Change Order.  Our workers are currently attaching the quotes for the Subcontract Change Orders twice, rather than just being able to attach it to the one line item. We are hoping to eliminate a step in our Change Order creation process.
