It would be helpful if you could set default attachment types that would auto fill when you attach a document. It is time consuming and annoying to have to edit, then select each type of attachment for every entry.
For example:
AP Unapproved Invoice Entry = AP Invoice
SL Subcontract Entry = SL Subcontract
SL Change Order Entry = SL Change Order Entry
AR Cash Receipts = AR Deposit
AR Invoice Entry = AR Invoice

Thanks Brent - right click on a form to access Form Properties. Any user designated as a Form Admin in VA User Profile can set a system wide default Attachment Type on the form while most forms also support an Attachment Type override by user
You can; we have our AP Unapproved setup just that way.
If you can get into the Form Properties, there is a "System Default Attachment Type" setting for User or System Wide where you can specify the default attachment type per form.
To get to the System Wide setting you'd need to be set as a Form Admin in VA User Profile.
