T&M and Derived flat rate features on the SM Quote would work better if the rate template selection didn't wipe out the overrides we already have set at the SM Customer or SM Site levels.
Right now, we have to keep re-entering the overrides that we've already put in.
Can you build this so all overrides set with customer and site records carry through to Quotes please?

Is there anyway we can move this into the pipeline for delivery? It's rather critical for our business from a consistency perspective. Could it be reviewed please with other SM users/companies? I don't understand why overrides when set with a site and/or customer do not transfer over to this form for building pricing around quotes the way it would transfer to a work order's work completed tab. There is no reason we would not want people preparing quotations for customers seeing the suggested pricing for materials, labour and standard items during this process.
Recent enhancements to this form in 6.17 and beyond have overlooked this feature request. I did originally request this as part of an enhancement to the SM WO Quote form approximately 2 years ago. Thanks.
