If you drag and drop into the Header section in AP Unapproved, or if you add later into Document Management, the attachment is added to every transaction in the lower window. Meaning if there are 500 lines to the one invoice, the 50 page invoice is attached 500 times. THIS INSTRUCTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT for AP Unapproved Invoices. Clicking on the paperclip works, not the drop and drag.
