There should be a way to preview the attachments you are about to send out before you click send.
Also I think that there should be a clear warning when sending out pay stubs to All employees or for a Closed pay period. (Ideas VACCTG-I-314 and VSTA-I-1569)
We setup emailing paystubs this past Oct. In 2 months, we have:
-accidently sent out 3 week old paystubs to over 300 employees because "notify all" is selected by default (we're only trying to send to 1 employee)
-Sent out Bonus paystubs without the attachments (because we forgot to run the PR Check Print)
These are both very human mistakes that software interfaces could easily solve.
My thought is to have an output preview screen that in some form would communicate "We are about to send out these attachments to this list of people"
This would be an easy way to see who it's going to, and if attachments were missing.

I agree with this 100%. It would be great to get a preview of what was going out and possibly an option to select (or deselect) employees at that point.
AND - something to indicate that the process is running - there are no changes to the screen once you click "send." More than once, I have gotten distracted & couldn't remember if I'd already clicked to send. So, I click it again. Then everyone gets two paystubs.
