Currently, the Distribution for Responsible Person and Send to Contact for PM forms (particularly on PM Subcontracts and PM Subcontract Change Orders) defaults to the contacts with the lowest contact number set up for that firm in PM Project Firms. It would be preferable to be able to select the defaults for a project. Maybe there could be a field for Primary Contact on PM Project Firms and those could be added on the Distribution tab for other forms.
