We have many employees that use the additional address field for apartment numbers and such. Per the Knowledge Base article attached; The additional address information entered is NOT used by any of the posting forms or on payroll checks. It will, however, be updated to the location address in PR W-2 Employee Information and will be used for electronic filing only. It is NOT used on the printed W-2.
This causes W-2's to be lost in the mail and not delivered if the additional address/Location Address does not show on the printed W-2.
We want the printed version to match the electronic filing version and include the additional address.
