The customer Profile has the CSR set up in it, but it would be nice if the SM Work Orders, SM Work Order Quotes and SM Agreement would automatically populate the CSR when the customer number is typed in, just as the Craft pulls over, based on what lives in the Service Site.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Where is the Customer Service Rep located? I do not see it in the SM Customers or SM WO? I know that we created a ud field for something similar. Is this a ud field?
