You already have the user validation form that allows this for user defined fields but it doesn't work on standard fields. I think anyone using Vista would benefit if they could add descriptions to forms for things like code fields or number fields to you know what they are. Say like the Geographic Code. The number means nothing to most users but the description tells them what city and state it is so they know what local code to use in the field above it that is based on the geo code.
