Currently the PR Dept of Labor EEO-1 Report, when run by Company, does not list the hours for employees/categories. It will only produce the information when run by Job or Region. If the report is run by Job or Region a manual calculation has to be done in order to incorporate it into the Company report.
So, I did not have the reporting information to include when I ran the Component 2 for both 2017 and 2018.
I also had an issue with those reports because the reporting categories were changed. Debra Wedding was wonderful in helping me with that issue and explaining the problem with running the report by Company.
If reports, specifically for Component 2, have to be submitted for 2019 the information will not be available for the hours when running by Company. Please help! Thank you.
