In some PM forms, there is an Approved button (PM Contract Change Orders, PM Subcontract Change Orders), there is an Approved checkbox in others (PM Subcontracts), and in PM Pending Change Orders you need to go to Tasks > Approve PCOs. It would make things much simpler if there was an Approve button in each of these forms that act the same way.
