Ability to print SM Work Order Report without Profit/Margin % values

Often times prior to invoicing we must go to the customer and provide them a report to obtain the PO for the work completed. So, in this case the only way to show them their cost is to invoice it. The SM Work Order Report would work great, but currently you can remove the cost amounts, but not the Profit or Margin % numbers. This makes it not a report that could be sent to external customers.
