MORE CONTROLS SET ON SUBCONTRACTS

THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE OF A WARNING IN PLACE, OR BETTER YET IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE CHANGE ORDER TO THE SUBCONTRACT THAT IS NOT YET INVOICED BY THE SUB, YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PULL OPEN INVOICES INTO A WORK FILE AS THIS WILL NOW EXCEED THE SUBCONTRACT. I OVER PAID A SUB BECAUSE THE DEDUCT CHANGE ORDER WAS WRITTEN AFTER THE BASE CONTRACT WAS INVOICED AND I DID NOT CATCH IT UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE.

    I THINK THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE SO AS NOT TO OVER PAY A SUB. ACCORDING TO THE LIVE CHAT THERE IS NOTHING IN PLACE TO PROTECT THIS. IF THERE IS PLEASE SOMEONE LET ME KNOW. THANK YOU
