In VA Form security, we have the 'delete' checkbox unchecked for users. This keeps them from removing tickets from a MS Ticket batch before posting. However, users can post that batch, then bring those tickets back into a new batch, selected the "delete" action dropdown, post the batch and the ticket is no longer in Vista. This is basically a loophole in security that needs to be fixed. We need the option to disable the 'delete' dropdown either for individual users or user groups.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Ryan,
A possible work around for now is to set a custom validation that doesn't let the user save the delete option. If you are interested, I'd be happy to write a validation script for you at no charge.
Best,
