Today, the VRL-based Crystal report viewer, when dragged, does not resize the report to fit the window. The LAN viewer however, provides a mechanism to do, allowing the user to quickly zoom in and out within a report by clicking and dragging on the corner or size of the report viewer window.
Please update the VRL-based Crystal Viewer to allow this to happen.
Please see the attached video that shows the behavior of the LAN Crystal Viewer that should be replicated in the VRL-based viewer.
