Partial payment in AR applies the full amount of the payment to the tax first instead of by %.

When applying a partial payment to an AR, Vista applies the full amount of the payment to the tax first. This treatment is incorrect. The partial payment should be applied to the tax in proportion to the percentage of the total payment made.

This is solved in the US but in Canada this has to be done manually.
