Bring back the ability to delete a non-interfaced JB Billing invoice

We used to simply delete a non-interfaced JB Billing invoice. Latety we have to interface go back and use the drop down to delete, then re-interface the deletion. I'm unsure why the ability to delete a non-interfaced invoice has been removed...but it was good before. Now we get the following error "Error deleting the record. Invalid object name 'JBReviewers'. (This log was written to the Windows Event Log). Highly frustrating.
