Extend Reviewer ID Length

For a large organization, a reviewer ID length of only three is insufficient. Please extend this to 5 or even 10 characters.

  On second thought, make both the reviewer ID and reviewer group ID lengths be 20 characters each. This matches the size limits for roles and processes, thus allowing for the two systems to match.
