Have the option for expired compliance items make transactions in the AP Workfile turn red based of today's date instead of invoice date

It would be great if we could have the option to set a compliance code to turn items red in the workfile when expired based off today's date instead of the invoice date. We have subcontractor draws entered in previous months that I don't want to pay if their compliance item only recently expired.
