employees as a whole can be excluded from certified payrolls which is helpful but we would also like the ability to exclude whole phase codes on certain jobs from being included in certified payrolls. i know i can re-write all the Viewpoint reports and exports to exclude phases but it seems more logically that these would not be flagged in PR Timecard entry.
