We would like to have the capability to schedule technicians on JC jobs and SM WO's and to see all of that on the Dispatch Board in SM.

Hi Lisa, can you not use the SM Job WO type to do this? That is how we do it. It's quite effective for visibility around scheduling when we have personnel that work both job and service type work in the field.
