Sometime an employer may want to set a floor on the rate an employee can earn based on the union pay group. These groups are made up of tasks that in some states break out to classes for prevailing wage. The only way currently to do this is to make a special craft for the individual and set up rates for each class that could possibly perform. When employers do this for many employees, this becomes very painstaking to update from year to year. Without the ability to upload rate changes through the import system.
