I currently do not have the capability to narrow down our inactive units vs our active units. With data retention law we are required to keep records for 7 years. We should have the ability to narrow down searches based on activity status. it would be silly to be forced to look at units that may be disposed for years prior. I requested a report and was billed $1,000+ for this "Custom report" this to me should be a basic system requirement. Please advise
