Our payroll department is frequently asked to move time from our service department from one work order to another. When I go to add the timecard for the service employee, I get an error because a scope is closed on a work order in that pay period for that employee. But the error doesn't tell me what work order. So, our service department has to go and look at the 20 work orders that the employee worked on to figure out which one has a scope still open. It's tedius work. It holds things up and is not effective at all. The error needs to tell me what work order has its scope open. They have to close the scopes as soon as the work is done for billing purposes.
