Just ran into this, and it stopped the standard form from loading.
Setup:
Standard form "HQ Material Categories"
Custom table & form "Custom1"
Custom table & form "Custom1Details".
Custom1Details was on a TAB in Custom1.
Custom1 was on a TAB in "HQ Material Categories".
Process:
Someone deleted the Custom1Details table.
Trying to open HQ Material Categories then showed a fairly useless "Inner Exception" error.
Troubleshooting:
Use VA Custom Tabs to find all the tabs in "HQ Material Categories"
Use VA Custom Tabs to find the tabs or each of the forms in the tabs listed, and try to open each one.
If one fails, then check to see if IT has any tabs with forms....etc.
Solution:
Viewpoint, before allowing deletion of a custom table, please check to see if it is on a custom tab. If it is, warn the user of the tab and form name, then halt the deletion.
Thanks! :-)
