Need ability to accrue payroll such as add-on earnings when the PPE splits months

It is very challenging to properly accrue payroll in Vista when pay periods fall oddly compared to a calendar month end and issuing that month's financials. Would be great simulate a full calculation with reporting options without "closing" payroll
