Add a report to show if a vendor is in compliance by month.

This would be good to have to be able to print a report of vendor that are required to have proof of insurance that can be sorted by date. It would help by showing who needs to send new certificates of insurance. I would be able to narrow down those that have policies expiring throughout a certain month. It would be easier to manage instead of use in the AP Vendor Compliance program to see who is and will be out of compliance. Also, would make it easier to print out to hand out to project managers/supervisors, whom are on job location to be able to notify a vendor that is at the job that the need to provide insurance before they come on a location.
