When posting the unapproved invoices all the approved invoices should pull into the batch with just one click on the 'update' button

We have unapproved invoices waiting for approval that were entered going back to Jan of 2019. We post our unapproved invoices multiple times throughout the day and currently when we want to post we have to manually go back month by month to capture everything. I should be able to click the 'Update' and everything entered before that month that has been approved since our last posting pulls into the batch.

    I completely agree. This a button to post approved invoices in closed months would make the posting process easier.

    Agree, this should happen automatically. It's not like you can post the invoices to a closed month anyway. At least have a button to locate all approved invoices in the current month and older months for posting.
