Make Alfie Pre-Chat larger!

I don't mind using the ALFIE Pre-Chat but it shows in the lower corner and is too small. I cannot read the comments.

Allow this to move and be expanded beyond the current small size.

I attached a picture but they look way to big. Currently it is hard for me to use because it is too small and cannot be expanded.

  Please! It is so difficult trying to follow in the small window when you have an active chat going on. It would be great if it could go full screen.
