We have specific and current needs for this regarding paystubs and benefits for our Spanish speaking employees.
This would also serve an efficiency need by not having our Payroll Administrator have to contact a bilingual employee to serve as the go between to explain pay and benefits on a paystub or during open enrollment etc.

Need for paystubs converted to Spanish PDF files is becoming a necessity.
My request for this a few years ago is gone. But my HR has been asking for this since the begining.
Vote this up. We have a heavy Spanish work force that needs this.
We need to support our best workers.
