The following error has occurred since the last update to Vista. When I upload an attachment into Vista, and then go in to edit that attachment by adding a description and attachment type, I receive the following error message - "The selected file name has invalid characters". What Vista doesn't like anymore is a # in the original file name. This even applies to other attachments that were already in the system before this update. If you go to edit them the error message appears also, when previously this was not an issue. If a # is an acceptable symbol in the file name to save it to my computer, then it should also be acceptable in Vista as well. Make this error go away.

Also discovered that when Vista creates an attachment, (like when you create and send an RFI, Submittal, Transmittal) the attachment that Vista creates and names will have a # sign in the name. So Vista is naming it's own files with special characters that now it doesn't like.
Apparently this error applies to any of the special characters. !@#$%^&*()
