When you add labor into the SM Work Order Quotes, specify the craft and classes, the rate template isn't used to calculate the total in Time & Material Derived.
If you add labor into Work Completed in SM Work Order it adjusts the rates to the rate template when you re-enter the labor from the Approved SM Work Order Quote Scope
