We create warranty work orders all the time. I would like to be able to go to the old (closed) work order and click on a button that says "Create warranty ticket" or "Create warranty WO" - something of that nature that allows a non-billable WO to be created against the original WO without having to go through all the description, customer, etc again. The click of the button would automatically filter all that in from the original WO.
