There is a disconnect in the system between a PM PO Change Order and approval. Currently a PO can be amended/increased without a requirement for re-approval. Effectively , i can raise a PO for $1, then do a PM PO Change Order and increase that PO to any sum, regardless of the DOA level, without the need for re-approval. I believe that any increase to a PO should trigger the approval process again inline with the DOA limits set in Vista.

I agree. It makes no sense that the original PO requires an approval process but change orders do not.
