Open work order reports would be more accurate. We are waiting until the Payroll Specialist closes and posts to the GL before we can close the work orders from the previous week. Staying a week behind..... makes the reporting difficult.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
It would be helpful to be able to chose an option to post costs to closed work orders like you can for closed jobs.
