We have Managers in teh field that cannot access a PC sometimes and need to see who is/going where for planning. Would be great to have a button to print the current selected view of the dispatch board to be able to e-mail a .pdf to a remote manager with no PC access.

We created a simple SSRS report that shows a LITE view of the dispatch board, so making one to print would not be impossible for someone on your SSRS team.
