In Cash Management, make the File ID Modifier for NACHA files modifiable instead of hard coded

NACHA file format allows for numeric or alphanumeric for the File ID Modifier position 34 in the file header record. Vista hard codes in the programming for this field. Our bank requires a "1" in the the File ID Modifier and I presume other banks do, as well. Currently, we need to modify the text file produced by Vista before uploading the file to the bank. By allowing the field to be modified in the cash management setup for each cash account ACH section, would improve the process.
