ARRANGE TECHNICIANS ON DISPATCH BOARD

CURRENTLY, THE TECHNICIANS FALL ALPHABETICALLY. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT WE CAN MOVE THESE GUYS AROUND WHERE WE WOULD LIKE THEM TO FALL OUTSIDE OF ALPHA ORDER

  My admin is unable to find SM Dispatch Technician Sorting to give us access to that. how does she give us the access to use this please?

  You can do this now, you can setup the order under SM Dispatch Technician Sorting.
