Payroll personnel love the ability to quickly see WHO those employee numbers are referring to. They can see it in PR MyTimesheet Approval and many other grid areas where the employee number is mentioned.
But for some reason NOT in PR Timecard Entry.
Currently they must tap on each distinct line to see the name at the top. This is incredibly annoying if they are looking for "all workers with a last name of Jones", or would like to sort/filter quickly.
The F3 option DOES NOT ALLOW us to add the "Description" field into the grid, as that option is grayed out.
Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this matter. :-)

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Nathan,
Try using the Customize Grids under the Options menu. You can select Description in Grid under the employee field, this should add the full name into the grid. I think the F3 options may be disabled due to the ability to control trough the Customize Grid form.
