Add the Project filter back to the PM Contract Items query

The PM Contract Items query on PM Workcenters no longer reflects the project selected in the filter - so it shows all contract items from all contracts making it quite ineffective. Workaround is to add a filter for contract but that is an extra step: please add the project filter back in (which is how it used to work).
