when entering an AP trans for EQ (type 4) the description utilized in the header comes down to the line entry UNTIL you enter the Cost Code/Cost Type for the equipment. then it overrides to a generic description, which is what it utilizes on all reporting. The generic desc is worthless - that's what the cost code/type is for. Please make the header description STAY in the line item.
