Add a place in the Job Contract Master and in the individual phases for a Start, Estimated Completion date and date completed

Adding this field would allow users to create more of a schedule of what jobs are going on, about to start, or about to end. It would also allow JB to know when to bill T&M or the contract due to the job being completed.

  We had to create a user defined field for this data. But it would be much more powerful if able to use it forecasted projections and billings.
