If I want to move earnings around from one job to another to correct an entry (in and out) and it is a net pay of $0.00. I'd like to be able to process that.

This can be done by going to the Employee Pay Sequence Control and changing the payment method to X-No Pay for a zero net check. Even though it called "No Pay" it still moves the transaction loaded in the edit for that employee.
